ADMISSION PROCEDURE

 

       i.            Admission is strictly on merit.

    ii.            The birth certificate from competent authority and the transfer certificate obtain from the previous recognized school are essential at the time of admission.

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

Children seeking admission to nursery class a should be two and half years as on 31st March and five plus for standard-I.

 ACADEMIC SESSION

1st April to 31st March of the calendar year.


REGISTRATION

 

     Registration form for admission can be obtain from the school office on cash payment     Rs.100/-

 

TEST ON INTERVIEW

 

       I.            Registration for admission is done in the 1st week of March.

    II.            No written test for Admission to nursery, only interview of parents/guardian.


Not:-Note :- No correspondence on the performance of the candidate in the Admission Test will be entertained. The decision of the Manager/Principle is final.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

Class Nursery to class VIII for boys: Light check brown-white half shirt & brown half pant, black shoes and black socks.

Class Nursery to class V for girls: Light check brown-white blouse, brown tunic,

black shoes and black socks.

 

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

The school maintains an all round curriculum which aims at total development of
every facility in each child. For this reason a set of carefully through out rules
and regulations are listed below and parents are requested to go through these rules
very carefully before gating their wards admitted in the institution named
DEBRA NIVEDITA MISSION SCHOOL.

 I.      All fees are payable  in advance.

 II.      Tuition ,Computer and other monthly payable fees  are to be paid in three
equal installments in a year.

III.      Transport fees are payable for twelve months in a year.

IV.      No reduction of fees is made  for occasional absence, during the year on account
of sickness or any other cause.

V.      No reduction of fees is made when boys, arrive after the opening date of term if
they have been entered on the school books as joining of the first day of new
school year of  a new term.

VI.      Fees and extras, if any should be paid, as specified in bill-book.

VII.      No fees are refundable when a student leaves or withdrawn.

VIII.      If bills remain unpaid for one installment, the parent is regarded as defaulter.

 IX.      In accordance with the instruction received for the C.B.S.E and Govt. of 
west Bengal a boy/girl  whose  school fees have fallen into arrears for a
period amounting to for months (one installment) will be sent home, and his her
name will be stuck off the rolls.

X.. No valuables or undesirable things are to be kept by the students within
the permissions. Violation of this instruction will be considered a serious offence
causing rustication.

 

             xI.      No boy/girl will be permitted to repeat a class more than once.

 

          III.      School fees and allied charges are subject to change from time to time according to the changing price index.

 

         IV.      Pupils are not allowed to leave during term except for urgent reasons which must be clearly stand when the request for leave of absence is made.

 

            V.      Student will be fined for his absence with out reason up to Rs. 100/-  initially and Rs. 25/-  for each successive day.

 

         VI.      The transfer certificate is to be given in original at the time of finalizing admission, other wise admission will not be granted.

 

      VII.      No pupil is allowed outside the school compound unescorted expect with guardians permission.

 

   VIII.      The telephone of the school is for office use only. If necessary, message will be delivered pupil but they will not be called to use the  telephone.

 

         IX.      No pupil will be allowed to appear at the terminal and final examination if school fees are in arrears. In granting or refusing promotion the result of these examinations and the general standard of a pupil work through out the year will be taken into account.

 

            X.      The principal reserved the right to refuse, to entry any boy/girl for the C.B.S.E examination if his/her work is not up to the required standard.

 

         XI.      At the time of admission a health certificate must be submitted and in the event of an un fore seen  casually, the school will not be held responsible.

 

      XII.     The school is not responsible if any boy/girl leave the school premises without aYn “EXEAT”
